    This position contributes to Niznik Behavior Health’s success by assisting the Customer Service Center with Inbound calls and occasional outbound calls. The goal of this role is to obtain Insurance information for verificationn of benefits to qualify the prospects and utilize industry specific knowledge, good judgement, critical thinking skills and salesmanship.

     

    Shift:  2nd - 5:00 pm - 1:00 am

    Must be available to work some weekends.  

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Build a base of knowledge of what each treatment facility offers within NBH organization
    • Understand how insurance pertains to substance abuse/chemical dependency and mental health
    • Successfully convert incoming business development leads into admissions
    • Utilize the CRM to track pending leads to ensure prompt follow up.
    • Communicate effectively with immediate supervisor during pre-admissions process
    • Work as part of a team by helping other intake coordinators on an as needed basis
    • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for clients in all interactions
    • Ensure timely processing of intake information and documentation

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED: ** AT LEAST ONE YEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE **

    • High School Diploma, Associates Degree, or Bachelor's Degree desired
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems to clients’ satisfaction while meeting performance objectives.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, goal oriented, able to multi-task, able to work independently 
    • Proficient with Google programs such as Gmail, Hangouts, Docs, Sheets and Calendar
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous experience in tele-sales or inside sales with the ability to handle high call volume
    • Five9 or soft-phone experience and Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required

     

    Hourly + Bonus Commission Structure
