    We are seeking a Helpdesk & IT Support Representative to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients and assist in installing network cameras, wiring and other IT devices, among other clerical responsibilities.  Hours are 9:00 pm - 5:00 pm, with on call hours. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software as well as printers, cameras and other devices
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely via TeamViewer
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions
    • Conduct inventory audits
    • Install, maintain and repair cameras, DVRs, data wiring, printers, computers and other hardware
    • Document issues and resolutions within the Helpdesk software ticket system

    • Research new technologies that may apply to the NBH environment

    Qualifications

    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • CompTIA A/Network +
    • Experience of Network Cable installation and termination

    • Solid knowledge of computer networking and connectivity

    • Experience with CCTV

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016, Office 365

    • Knowledge of GSuite

    • Knowledge of computer, laptop and printer hardware repair/parts replacement

    • Ability to debug/troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues

    • Ability to work independently

    • IT SECURITY A PLUS

    • Capacity to travel when needed

    • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

    • Associates Degree preferred but not required

    • 2 + years' experience

       

    This is a full-time position and you will be working out of our Miami Gardens facility while serving our locations in the Miami area as well as out-of-state locations via remote support. Candidates must have the ability to commute daily and have availability to work nights and weekend as needed. Schedule is regular business hours.

    Compensation:

    Hourly wage plus a benefit package including medical, vision, dental, and etc.
