    We are looking for a contractor/temp position with a possibility of becoming permanent to maintain and secure our property.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor the property grounds to ensure the door and windows are locked.
    • Secure premises by patrolling property 
    • Patrol designated property to monitor and prevent intrusion, damage and hazards
    • Scan check points utilizing a mobile device when conducting the patrol 
    • Prepare written reports of activities, observations and incidents and report them immediately to the Facility Director
     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED certificate
    • Good communication skills - verbal and written
    • Reliability and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Mobility to be able to patrol the property without a vehicle
    • Smart Phone Required
