    We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator | Verifications Specialist who would be responsible for the assessment, planning and coordination of all client admissions. If you are naturally positive and interested in providing support for a great medical facility, we will train you! Our ideal candidate is someone who can work independently while multi-tasking all needed tasks.



    • Taking referral information via email - obtaining necessary clinical and insurance information
    • Insurance verification (i.e using availity and/or other similar sites)
    • Multi-tasking between answering emails and verifying
    • Update all necessary boards throughout the day
    • Coordinates the pre-admission process and acts as liaison between the customer and the facility
    • Coordinates the pre-admission process to include clinical information to identify care/service needs, pharmaceutical and DME requirements, and financial information
    • Ensures that the admission paperwork is complete
    • Assists with Bed Board management
    • Participates, as needed, in daily meetings to update facility marketing/admission team on referrals, and pending admissions
    • Acts as transportation liaison between drivers, behavioral technicians, and admissions team.
    • Calling Insurance carriers, verify eligibility, benefits, claims, denials, etc.
    • Minimum requirement of 25-35 benefit inquiry's daily Input verification information into our Billing Department
    • File and maintain accurate documentation


    • Gmail/Google DOCS Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • SUPERIOR multi-tasking skills
    • Our candidate must have a flexible schedule
    • Knowledge of PPO insurance verbiage and medical terminology
    • Able to communicate with carriers on a detailed level; familiar with CPT Codes, ICD10 Codes, and their descriptions
    • MUST TYPE AT LEAST 50 WPM (typing test required for consideration) 
    • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail oriented with great organizational skills who works well with deadlines. Mental Health and Substance Abuse terminology and/or treatment facility experience a BONUS

    Compensation:  Hourly + Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, and etc.
