    Niznik Behavioral Health (NBH) is a provider of behavioral health services for adolescents and adults. We are dedicated to serving those in need by clearing pathways to gain access to life changing addiction recovery services. We are opening rehabilitation facilities nationwide and searching for positive, hardworking individuals to join our growing company, and who want to make a difference in people’s lives.

     

    We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats, has experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks, is organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
    • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
    • Organize office operations and procedures
    • Allocate tasks to subordinates and monitor their performance
    • Recruit staff and provide orientation and training to new employees
    • Assist management with daily tasks
    • Participate in projects
    • Partner with HR to maintain and submit Employee documents as required by company policies
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
    • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data

    Qualifications

    • Proven office management or administrative experience in a behavioral health setting
    • AA Degree or higher preferred 
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
    • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
    • Experience in or knowledge of addiction recovery
    • Purchasing experience is a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Goggle Doc/Sheets/Email
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • Ability to efficiently communicate with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts 

     

    Compensation: Hourly + Health, Dental, Vision, PTO & etc.
