    We are looking for an energetic professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to our Sales Directors.  The ideal candidate has experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks, is organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a remote, nationwide team.  


    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
    • Partner with HR to maintain and submit employee documents as required by company policies
    • Assist with marketing reports
    • Assist with supervision of a remote nationwide team
    • Assist with regional team meetings
    • Assist with marketing collateral
    • Assist Management with daily tasks
    • Participate in projects
    • Proof read documentation
    • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
    • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data


    • AA Degree or higher preferred 
    • CRM Zoho and/or Salesforce preferred 
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
    • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
    • Ability to type a net minimum of 50 + words per minute
    • Healthcare administrative assistant experience and/or marketing experience
    • Experience in or knowledge of addiction recovery is a plus
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and Google Docs/Sheets/Email
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • Ability to efficiently communicate with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
