    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Trainer to provide leadership and coaching by actively driving the ongoing development and advancement of an addiction recovery rehab sales organization. The ideal candidate will have proven professional facilitation skills on the topics of sales and sales management skills training in the treatment industry. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to coach and mentor sales and management professionals on the skills taught in the training program provided over time.

    The Sales Trainer will identify and prioritize development needs of the sales team to ensure alignment of strategic goals with the organization in consulting with the Operations Manager and Sales management team. The Sales training consultant is also responsible for creating, developing and delivering training curriculum to all Inbound and Outbound Customer Service/Inside Sales Agents. They will be the key contributor to a results driven, successful and skilled sales organization that assists in professional development and driving performance in closing ratio’s and increasing admissions.




    • Conduct needs analysis by identifying sales department priorities and sales team’s skill gaps to determine sales training priorities
    • Design, develop and deliver training programs for new sales employees as well as continued education for all sales employees
    • Present sales modules, presentations, demo skills workshops, sales skills and processes at forums such as, but not limited to: sales new hire boot camp, weekly sales training calls, annual sales training conference, new release events, and as required for new processes/business needs.
    • Develop and execute results driven, career development sales training curriculum using a wide variety of training techniques, methods, modules, workshops, etc, and principles of instructional design
    • Regularly incorporate appropriate evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs (participant’s performance) to regularly improve training content/curriculum



    • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
    • Must possess 5+ years of professional sales and management facilitation
    • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
    • Must have a dynamic and engaging personality
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong business acumen
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
    • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
    • Must be able to travel to the organization in house monthly.
    • Experience working and/or training in complex selling environments a plus
    • Experience delivering soft skills training programs a plus, i.e. sales, leadership and service skills
    • Previous successful career in sales and sales management a plus
