    Our rapidly expanding organization is seeking for an energetic candidate to support our Executive Team. The Field Operations Manager will be assigned multiple healthcare facilities to assistant the Facility Directors’ in managing operations and compliance.


    • Review and interpret financial and operating information, as appropriate
    • Coordinate and develop periodic financial and/or operating analyses, and prepares financial/business reports
    • Make periodic on-site visits to assigned regional facilities, as needed
    • Initiate corrective action to rectify deficiencies and meet with the Executive Team to ensure corrective actions are completed on a timely matter Work with senior management to develop short-term and long-term development roadmap, including scope, timing and interdependencies
    • Impose KPI’s that reflect and support the company’s strategic objectives
    • Ability to handle several tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes, requests and stressful situations


    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field desired
    • At least three years of experience in Healthcare Operations or Healthcare Facility Compliance
    • Willingness to travel and must possess a valid driver's license
    • Multi-site and multi-state operations and leadership experience
    • Strong knowledge of AMA (American Medical Association) policies preferred
    • Strong experience with MS Office and Project Management Tools and Google Suite
    • Knowledge of financial management skills and familiarity with business principles and practices
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.


    Base salary with bonus and Medical/Vision/Dental/PTO
